The Current Crisis
With the current climate of workforce demographics changing, and safety being the top priority driving the productivity and quality of an organizations mission, safety and work culture improvement is an ongoing necessity. Competition for products and services are at an all time high, and the execution of organization’s mission/purpose must be flawless. To achieve this, an organization must be able to acquire industry leading talent, effectively connect them to their organizational mission, and create an environment to keep them growing personally and professionally to guarantee the production of a world class product or service. This is becoming an increasingly difficult task. The fast paced market places heavy demands on managers and executives to keep up with the supply and development of the product or service while ineffectively leaving the priority of safety and work culture in the hands of undeveloped team members that enforce policy without including personal growth. When a talented individual loses their ability to connect their personal purpose to the task they are entrusted with, that individual will then become disconnected from the organizational mission and have difficulty executing the priority of safety that is needed to remain ultra-competitive in an ever-growing market.
